Introduction of the mold grinding stone "YHS" - Samples available.

It has a strong retention of sulfur intensity, is difficult to break, and has excellent workability.

The product we would like to introduce from our main product line of mold grinding stones is the product called "YHS." This is a grinding stone that has sulfur impregnated into a WA grinding stone. By adhering sulfur to the pore walls of the grinding stone, it can prevent grinding marks on molds. It has a moderate strength retention of sulfur, making it less likely to break and excellent in workability. Additionally, the lubricating effect of sulfur improves the surface roughness of the mold and significantly reduces the wear of the grinding stone. The hardness of the grinding stone is of type "I." (Note) As it is a flammable solid, please ensure that the grinding stone is dried naturally. It may cause a fire. Currently, we are offering free samples, so please feel free to contact us for more details!! ↓↓↓ ---------------------------------- Yamato Seito Co., Ltd.
